• - Persons with disabilities : disabilities 1 ~ 3 on Disabilities Welfare Act
• - National merit : 1~3 grande of merit on Act of National Merit Treatment and Support
• - Honorable prize : 5.18 merit to the 1st and 3rd grade of the Act on Honor and Support of Democratic Merit
• - Basic Livelihood Recipients : Basic Livelihood Recipients defined by the "National Basic Livelihood Law"
• - Independent meritorious persons : Independent meritorious persons Examples of meritorious persons according to the law on urea or elders of survivors
• - Social welfare facilities : Social welfare facilities by the "Social Welfare Business Act". However, except for welfare facilities falling under the following laws and regulations

  • - Elderly Welfare Housing of the Elderly Welfare Act Article 32 Clause 1 third
  • - Charged nursing facilities in Article 14, Paragraph 1, Item 1, Article 1 of the Enforcement Rule of the Elderly Welfare Act
  • - Charged elderly nursing care facilities of the Article 18, Paragraph 1, Item 1, Article 1 of the Enforcement Rule of the Elderly Welfare Act
  • - Facilities that are rented or leased to the resident, or that are housed and operated by the resident,
• - Lower income family : Determined by the "National Basic Living Law" and supported by the following act.

What is a large family / life support device plan?

The large family and life-support system plan charge is an excessive charge due to the progressive advancement of the home use of households (5 or more, 3 or more children, life support users) who inevitably use large amounts of power by using a large number of families, it is a system that alleviates progressive fees for residential electricity.

Large family fare plan (enforced on January 15, 2007)

• - Recipient : 5 or more family member or 3 or more children
• - Content : 30% discount on monthly electricity charge (16,000 won monthly limit)

Life support device charge plan (implemented on 01.08.01)

• - Recipient : Using life support devices such as oxygen generator due to like Respiratory disorders, rare incurable diseases
• - Content : same as large family fare system, but no limit of 16,000 won per month

Discount rate for families with 3 or more children

• - Recipient : More than 3 "child" or "Grandchild" relationship with the householder on resident registration card
• - Content : 30% discount on monthly electricity charge (16,000 won monthly limit)
