If you do not know your meter reading date, please contact our call center (1666-0009) and we will kindly inform you.

If the meter reading does not implemented on the designated date, the meter reading notification will be attached to the front door and you should call to on the notification so billing that charge correct prcie. If there is no notice of the meter reading, we charge the average approval reading (calculated as monthly average consumption for 3 months in the previous year (before and after 1 month include same month of previous year)).
