Transfer of Ownership

• - If the gas user is changed due to the sale, lease, inheritance0, etc. of the building in which the gas supply and use facilities belongs, the changed gas user must apply to change the user name to the company by phone. New owner must checking the previous user's delinquency.
• - If there is no transfer apply from the changed gas users, all the gas users' right and obligations are assumed to be takeovered by the changed gas users.

Who to change

• - Customers whose gas users have changed due to moving
• - Customer who is not on the bill or who is the owner of the house
• - Customers whose gas users have changed due to lease, inheritance, etc.

How to change your user name

• - Apply to our call center (1666-0009) by phone or apply on the homepage
• - If there is an unpaid bill for previous users when changing the name, the name can not be changed. please make sure to check the unpaid.
