1. Check availability of supply

   Customers in the area where the supply pipe need newly install must contact with us for check availability.

   Customer should be advised to contact us directly. If you proceed construction whitout our checking, every problems are your responsibility.

2. Choose and contract plumbing company

   You must select a qualified plumbing company under the Construction Industry Basic Law to construct the plumbing in your site.

3. Request supply (Partner Portal)

   You can request through cyber supplier portal or CNCITY energy.

4. Payment of facility fee

   You must pay the facility contribution to dedicated account or a bill.

5. In-house / branch piping construction

   Customer: It is necessary to plumbing through the constructor before the connect construction starts.

   Company: Connect construction is carried out through various licensing procedures such as road excavation.

6. Pre safety check

   After plumbing, the contractor must submit inspection documents and inspected before the supply.

   If fail the safty inspection, you must correct flaws. Otherwise supply will never begin.

7. Gas supply

   All construction and pre-supply safety check is passing you can request supply.

   Customers or plumbing contractor can not supply gas directly. If you request to supply gas to CNCITY energy Call Center (1666-0009), customer service center will supply gas after connection and inspection of combustion equipment.

There are first, second, third class of plumbing construction companies.

Qualification Example

• - 01 : If the monthly usage is over 2,000m2 per month : Only first class can construct.
• - 02 : In case of specific gas use facility (kindergarten, nursery, inn, religious facility, etc.) : Only first class can construct.
• - 03 : In case of multi-unit(apartment building, villa, etc.) based on the building permission: Only first class can construct.(Addtional contrusct can be conducted by second class)

1. When you select a contractor, it is advantageous to ask a few contractors for a quote, compare the cost and conditions, and then select the most suitable contractor.

2. In the past, some construction companies were cheat people like supply available immediately even its not. Be sure to check the availability of supply so that you will not be affected as above.

3. You must select qualified contractors according to the Basic Law of Construction Industry. Some contractors borrow a license from another company. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully check construction capability when selecting a contractor.

4. You'd better write up the signed contracts with each other. Contract should contain about cost, duration of the collateral liability, the method of the collateral, the compensation for damages, and the total amount of the construction costs.

5. Some contractor just disappear after deposit paid. Therefore, you alwasy caution for prevent financial loss when the contract is making.

6. Depending on the situation, you able to receive a repair waranty from the contractor when it is completed.
