Customer damage compensation guide

We are always working to prevent damage to customers.
However, if customer's damage occurs due to unavoidable reasons, we will guide you through the following procedure.

Appeal

Gas users who object to the gas usage charges may file a claim within 15 days of receiving the bill.

Processing period

The Company will inform the Customer of its decision within 7 days of receiving the objection from the Customer.

Processing regulation
  • - If calculation or bill is wrong due to the fault of the company and the payment of the fee is overdue, the late fee will not be applied to the portion exceeding.
  • - In the event that the gas user who has calculated or applied the fee for use and other levy due by the company's fault has paid the fee, the portion that exceeds the fair rate will be refunded by adding the interest on the refund amount./li>
  • - If the usage tolerance of the gas meter exceeds the range allowed by the law, the charge for the error shall be settled within the range of the same amount as the same period of the previous year. If the amount of use for the same period of the previous year is not known, charge is settled by consultation between the company and the cosumer within the previous month usage.
