City gas Usage Guide

Gas connection (when move in)

Contact the call center prior to 2-3 days before you need connection, and please let us know the date and time of the visit, address, contact information, etc. Then the service center staff will connect the middle valve (fuse cock) with hose and conduct a safety check.

  1. Apply gas connection

    Apply at least 2 ~ 3 days before the visit. (Advance reservation only and drop off closed at 4 p.m.)
    (Phone, web, mobile center available)

  2. Combustor connection

    Visit service center staff on request > Safety check after connecting combustor

  3. Write a usage contract (City gas supply will not be provided if you reject wrting.)
    • - Contract in accordance with supply regulations
    • - After contract you can apply Automatic Transfers and SMS noticication for Safety Inspection
  4. Service charge Billing (Only when materials are newly provided)

    - Pay the service charge of inastallation of new combustor

Gas removal (When move out)

Contact the call center prior to 2-3 days before you need removal, and please let us know the date and time of the visit, address, contact information, etc. Then the service center staff will disconnect the middle valve (fuse cock) with hose and conduct a safety check.(There is no additional fee for visiting services.)

  1. Apply gas disconnection

    Apply at least 2 ~ 3 days before the visit. (Advance reservation only and drop off closed at 4 p.m.)

  2. Removal of combustor

    Visit Service Center staff on the day of request > Safety check after removal of combustor

  3. Billing the final charge

    - Billing the fare the final meter reading.
